Paridaida

It’s been good and busy around here lately. In the last few weeks I’ve had assignments back to back. It never fails, if I plan a vacation, the work rolls in.  Hmmmm…. maybe I should just move my studio to the beach? That would be paradise!

The above quote was a lot of fun to research. The word paradise has its roots in the Old Persian word for garden,  paridaida. I got completely lost in images of some of the famous Persian Gardens of the world. Someday I hope to visit a few in reality, especially the Alhambra.
